An Award for Bold Solutions in the Built World
The DREA Award recognises companies and people developing new solutions for the future of the built world. The 2026 award ceremony took place on the Transform & Beyond Stage at EXPO REAL in Munich. Winners were selected in categories including Buy, Sell & Rent, Construction, Digital Marketing, Manage & Operate and Sustainability, as well as a Project award and a Public Voting award. An international jury reviewed the entries.
We’re proud of the recognition. It belongs to our co-founders Maria Zahlbruckner and Julia Reisinger and the entire factorymaker team building the future of industrial facility planning every day.
